Learn About Becoming a Franchise Owner.
With a senior living franchise business, you can “be in business for yourself, not by yourself.”
A franchise provides you with the opportunity to own your own business, yet also provides comprehensive training, support, and a proven business model. This eliminates many of the risks an independent business owner would encounter.
Additional benefits of buying a franchise include brand recognition, better buying power, proprietary technology systems and tools, plus access to a network of other owners, resources, and industry experts.
The senior housing and care industry is a growth industry like no other.
Here are some senior care industry statistics and facts:
- The growth rate of the 65-and-over population will continue to be three times greater than that of the total population growth rate through 2030. (Source: US Census Bureau)
- Forty million baby boomers will join the “senior” ranks by 2030, growing the segment to 74 million. (Source: US Census Bureau)
- The US assisted living facility market size was $87.4 billion in 2021 and is expected to grow at a compound annual rate of 5.5% through the next decade. (Source: Grand View Research)
Due to population growth and changing family dynamics, senior care consulting businesses and retirement community franchises are becoming increasingly essential.
- Dual-career families of today have limited ability to take in and care for senior family members.
- More and more children move away from home for careers or for other reasons, making family caregiving less feasible and assisted living more necessary.
An elderly care franchise, such as Owl Be There, offers an essential and compassionate service to seniors and their loved ones, with demand continuing to grow despite economic uncertainty or pandemic-related shutdowns.

Yes, senior living advisor franchises can be highly profitable. The senior care industry is growing rapidly due to the aging population, which increases the demand for senior care services. With the right business model and dedication, franchise owners can achieve significant financial success.
Senior living advisors make money by referring seniors to appropriate senior living communities. The choice always belongs to the family, but once the senior moves in to a recommended assisted or independent living community, the community pays a finder’s fee to the senior living advisor. This arrangement allows advisors to offer their services to families at no cost, and brings qualified potential residents to senior communities creating a winning scenario for all involved.
Senior living advisors provide personalized guidance to families, helping them navigate the complex options for senior care. They offer expert advice, arrange tours, and assist with finding the best fit for the senior's needs and budget. This service can alleviate the stress and uncertainty for families making these important decisions, all at no cost to them.
